Day Itinerary

You will be met on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to Golf Safari House on the Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate. On arrival at the Golf Safari House, you will be met by Nicole Menchen, your golf captain and host during your stay at Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate. She will brief you on the beautiful wildlife estate, the championship golf course and most importantly – the golf tournament! Overnight: Golf Safari House  

The Golf Safari House is a 10 bedroom boutique hotel nestled within a beautiful wildlife crescent, on the Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate; home to Tanzania’s no. 1 championship golf course. Its close proximity to the Kilimanjaro International Airport means it is the ideal stopover for guests on their way to or from the airport.

Each room at the Golf Safari House is ensuite. Room amenities include free WiFi, a safe, a laundry basket, bath robes, an electric kettle (for coffee and tea), drinking water, a mosquito net and international sockets for charging personal devices. Of the 10 rooms, two are interconnected by a small sitting room. We call this our ‘Family Room’; the perfect option for parents that want to be close to their children. This child-friendly space with books, board games, TV and DVD player, provides privacy and security away from other hotel guests.

The Golf Safari House offers free transfers anywhere on the Estate. The Dolly Airstrip, just 5km from the hotel, is serviced daily by a variety of domestic aircraft, providing convenient access to all the National Parks and Zanzibar, right from your doorstep!

Day Itinerary

At 08:00, after an early breakfast, the golfers among you will be transferred to the Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate clubhouse, so that you can start preparing for your round of 18 holes. Tee off will start as of 09:00.

Those of you who are non-golfers can enjoy exploring the beautiful wildlife estate and taking part in any one of the following activities:

You will all reconvene at the Golf Safari House for lunch. Enjoy a relaxing lunch and an afternoon by the pool.

For those of you interested in taking part in another activity, why not saddle up for an unforgettable horse safari ($100 per person) through the wildlife estate? This 2-hour activity, for any level of rider, will allow you to get right up close to zebra, wildebeest, eland, kudu and more.  If you are not into riding, there is the option of going into the city of Arusha to do some shopping and sight-seeing

Everyone will return back to the Golf Safari House for a lovely dinner in the garden under the stars.

Northern Serengeti

Located between the Central Serengeti and Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve to the north, the Northern Serengeti is a remote African wildlife wonderland. The vast, rolling savannah of the Northern Serengeti, is known as the hub of the great migration. The landscape is characterised by vast stretches of savannah interspersed with acacia trees and riverine woodlands. Wildlife can be seen along the banks of the Mara River and visitors can view the annual spectacle of the half a million migrating wildebeest. Commonly spotted wildlife include: a multitude of plains game such as buffalo, zebra, gazelles, impala, giraffe as well as lion and leopard. Visitors can look forward to bird watching, hot air ballooning, game safaris and guided bush walks.

Day Itinerary

After a relaxed breakfast, it will be time for your transfer service to the Dolly Airstrip, just a 10- minute drive away, where you will catch your flight to  Serengeti. Arrive to camp in time for a delicious lunch.

Depart 10:00 AM and arrive 12:05 PM (flight included in your tour).  On arrival you will be met by your safari guide and transfer to Serengeti Serena Lodge / Ole Serai Central camp for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive in the world renown Serengeti National Park.  Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge / Ole Serai Central Camp on a full board basis

Overnight: Ole Serai Luxury Camp Kogatende

This Luxury Camp is strategically located within the northern (Kogatende) area of the famous Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and is set amidst the most prime areas of the Serengeti following the path of the great migration, sparsely inhabited by large Acacia as well as Tortilis Tree’s and is home to several species of wildlife that reside in this area year- round due to catchments of water bodies around the area.

Due to the Campsite’s ideal location, the great spectacle of the world-famous annual migration can be witnessed almost as close as to the camp’s doorsteps – since the site lies along one of the main migratory corridors/routes, which the wildebeest use during their Great Migration going to and fro the North and South of the Serengeti.

O’ldeani Ngorongoro Mountain Lodge is a colonial lodge situated on a picturesque hill with spectacular views of Oldeani Mountain and the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. The lodge is elevated, featuring spectacular views that extend all the way to Lake Eyasi and Lake Manyara.

The property is set on 40 acres of lush green gardens and local vegetation, with over 130 species of birds. The lodge is accessed over a pond and one’s first impression is the grand central hallway with wooden trusses looking out over the fireplace, infinity pool and out to Mount O’ldeani, which is part of the caldera of the Ngorongoro crater, only 12 km away.

Day Itinerary

Enjoy an easy breakfast this morning, then be transferred to the Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate clubhouse for your final day of golf. Today is tournament day!

Tee off will be between 8:30 and 9:00 AM.

Your Tournament Captain will handle player registration and briefing prior to tee off. After 18 holes, there will be a lovely award ceremony in the clubhouse, after which all players will be transferred back to the Golf Safari House in time for a late lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon packing, lounging by the pool and resting. You will be given a light dinner before you depart for the Kilimanjaro International Airport. Your transfer service will be ready to take you at 6:30 PM.
